Job Summary
Deliver a best-in-class service experience by embodying brand ethos, engaging guests with body positivity and product knowledge, and collaborating with store leaders to achieve performance targets. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory controls through accurate receiving and counting, and provide feedback to continuously improve the customer journey. Stay well informed on the XTRA VIP Membership model and promotions while striving for excellence in day-to-day operational standards. Your work hours will be based on business needs, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in customer facing role with a focus on lingerie and intimates a plus
- Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Tech-savvy or strong comfort around technology as component of daily responsibilities
- Flexibility with your schedule
- Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions
- Ability to work in team selling environment
- Open to working evenings, weekends and Holidays
- This position starts at $16.60
- The offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location
