Job Summary
Proactively engage every customer, recommend products and services, and drive sales while maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards. Scan and fill inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area is organized. Maintain awareness of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs while adhering to signage and labeling guidelines. Complete required training in technology and print products to support the sales culture. Perform other duties as assigned and comply with loss prevention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills which are necessary to establish a selling relationship with clients and other associates
- Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Client focused, positive and engaging, action oriented, demonstrates a passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions
- Continued education in Print and Technology areas up to and including designated certifications, if required
