Job Summary
Proactively engage every customer, recommending the right products and services to enhance their experience while driving sales. Maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines, ensuring a neat, clean, well-stocked environment with proper signage and merchandise presentation. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, while completing freight processes and keeping the sorting area organized. Utilize selling program tools to promote best solutions and additional products, staying aware of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Complete Tech, Print, and other applicable training to develop personal selling skills and product knowledge. Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
