Proactively engage every customer to recommend products and services while maintaining store appearance, signage, and merchandising standards. Scan and fill inventory lows and outs daily, organize the freight sorting area, and complete freight processes according to established guidelines. Utilize selling program tools to promote the best solutions, stay aware of promotions and loyalty programs, and develop personal selling skills through required Tech and Print training. Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention efforts while delivering exceptional service in key areas such as Print and Technology.
