Job Summary
Proactively engage every customer, recommend products and services, and drive sales while maintaining store and print department appearance under company guidelines. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area is organized per established sorting and stocking guidelines. Utilize selling program tools to promote best solutions, stay aware of promotions and loyalty programs, and develop personal selling skills through Tech and Print training. Maintain compliance with company policies, support loss prevention efforts, and address potential hazards per safety culture standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
