Job Summary
Engage customers proactively, recommend products and services, and drive sales while maintaining store appearance, signage, and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area remains organized. Develop personal selling skills through Tech and Print training to deliver exceptional service and support loss prevention efforts. This entry-level role requires basic computer skills, accurate documentation, and a passion for our brand. You will work within a vibrant sales culture aligned with our 5C values, contributing to growth in key Print and Technology areas.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
