Job Summary
Engage with customers proactively to recommend products and services while maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area remains organized. Develop personal selling skills through required training in technology and print products to drive sales and support loss prevention efforts. Maintain awareness of promotions and loyalty programs while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
