Job Summary
Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer to recommend the right products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance. Utilize the selling program to promote best solutions and additional products, ensuring compliance with company policies and loss prevention efforts. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, adhering to sorting and stocking guidelines and completing freight processes. Complete Tech, Print, and applicable training to develop personal selling skills and product knowledge. Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales in key areas such as Print and Technology.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
