Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively, recommending products and services while maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area is organized. Develop personal selling skills through Tech and Print training to deliver exceptional service in key areas. Maintain awareness of promotions and loyalty programs while supporting loss prevention efforts and adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
