Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance per company guidelines. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, ensuring the freight sorting area remains organized and adhering to signage labeling and merchandise presentation standards. Utilize selling program tools to promote best solutions, track planned advertisements and promotions, and complete Tech, Print, and other applicable training to develop personal selling skills. Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a safe work environment by addressing potential hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
