Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance to company guidelines. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, ensuring the freight sorting area is organized and adhering to signage labeling and merchandise presentation standards. Utilize selling programs to promote best solutions and additional products, staying aware of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Complete Tech, Print, and other applicable training to develop personal selling skills and product knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and loss prevention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented mindset
- Passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions
