Job Summary
Engage customers proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store appearance, signage, and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area remains organized. Develop personal selling skills through training in technology and print products, including required certifications. Maintain awareness of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales. Adhere to company policies, loss prevention efforts, and operational safety guidelines. Complete all designated training and documentation accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
