Job Summary
Engage with customers proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store visual standards and merchandising guidelines. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, ensuring the freight sorting area remains organized and adhering to established stocking protocols. Complete Tech, Print, and applicable training to develop personal selling skills and product knowledge for key areas like Print and Technology. Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs while supporting loss prevention efforts and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented mindset
- Passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions
