Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively, recommending the right products and services to drive sales while maintaining store and print department appearance. Utilize the selling program to promote best solutions and additional offerings, ensuring compliance with company policies and loss prevention efforts. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, adhering to sorting and stocking guidelines while keeping the freight area organized. Complete required training in technology and print products to maintain product expertise and support the local community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
