Job Summary
Engage customers proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store appearance, signage, and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight sorting processes, and ensure the freight area remains organized. Develop personal selling skills through required training in technology and print products, including applicable certifications. Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients and associates
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented mindset
- Passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks
