Job Summary
Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance. Utilize selling programs to promote best solutions, complete daily inventory scanning and freight processes, and ensure signage labeling and merchandise presentation meet company guidelines. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, while developing personal selling skills through required Tech, Print, and applicable training. Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales. Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
