Job Summary
Proactively engage every customer to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area is organized. Develop personal selling skills through Tech and Print training to apply cutting-edge sales principles and drive sales. Maintain awareness of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs while adhering to company policies and loss prevention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented mindset
- Passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks
Desired Qualifications
- Tech, Print, and other applicable training certifications
- Continued education in Print and Technology areas
