Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively, recommend products and services, and drive sales while maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards. Scan and fill inventory lows daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area is organized. Develop personal selling skills by completing Tech, Print, and applicable training, and apply cutting-edge sales principles to enhance the client experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and support loss prevention efforts. High school diploma preferred; no prior experience required. Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
