Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance to company guidelines. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and adhere to signage labeling and merchandise presentation standards. Utilize advanced Print and Technology training to deliver exceptional service and apply cutting-edge sales principles to drive business growth. Maintain awareness of promotions, loyalty programs, and loss prevention efforts while supporting a positive culture aligned with Office Depot values. Must have weekday morning availability and a flexible mindset to function across multiple store areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must have weekday morning availability
- Flexible mindset to function in multiple areas of the store including customer service, print and logistics
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail sales experience
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Able to use technology and POS systems to access information and process transactions
- Able to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build selling relationships with customers and coworkers
- Enjoys interacting with people and working in a customer-facing environment
