Job Summary
As a Sr. Store Associate - Part Time, you will connect with customers by addressing their needs and recommending suitable products and solutions. You will maintain store appearance, adhere to stock and freight guidelines, and promote customer-centric experiences. Advanced knowledge in Print and Technology products/services is expected, along with completion of training. The role requires good interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers. Background checks are required for this position.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Must possess basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Ability to use computers and technology for information
- Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge in Print and Technology products/services
