Job Summary
Proactively engage every customer to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance standards. Utilize the selling program to promote best solutions and additional offerings, ensuring signage labeling and merchandise presentation align with company guidelines. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, completing freight processes and organizing the sorting area. Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs to support sales growth. Complete advanced-level Print and Technology training and continue education toward designated certifications. Perform other duties as assigned and support loss prevention efforts while adhering to all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Able to use technology and POS systems to access information and process transactions
- Able to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build selling relationships with customers and coworkers
- Enjoys interacting with people and working in a customer-facing environment
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required; retail sales experience preferred
- Continued education in Print and Technology areas, up to and including designated certifications, if required
