Job Summary
Proactively engage every customer to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance per company guidelines. Utilize the selling program to promote best solutions, stay aware of promotions and loyalty programs, and complete freight sorting and stocking processes. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily. Develop personal selling skills through advanced Print and Technology training and maintain proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools. Ensure compliance with policies and support loss prevention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must possess the ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job
- Must possess ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system
- Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, which are necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and other employees
- Must enjoy interacting with people
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Must possess the ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
- Continued education in Print and Technology areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required
- Must be able to complete and comprehend an advanced level of Print and Technology training
