Engage every customer proactively, recommend tailored print and technology solutions, and drive sales through advanced product training. Maintain store and print department appearance, manage signage, and execute freight sorting and stocking processes. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, process transactions using POS systems, and ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention efforts. Complete designated certifications as required. This part-time role supports ODP Group's B2B distribution and retail network, emphasizing a customer-centric culture aligned with the 5C values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Able to use technology and POS systems to access information and process transactions
- Able to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build selling relationships with customers and coworkers
- Enjoys interacting with people and working in a customer-facing environment
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience
- No previous experience required
- Continued education in Print and Technology areas up to and including designated certifications, if required
- Successful completion and comprehension of an advanced level of Print and Technology training
