Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions that enhance their experience while maintaining store and print department appearance standards. Utilize the selling program to promote best solutions and additional offerings, ensuring inventory lows and outs are scanned, investigated, and filled daily. Complete advanced Print and Technology training and maintain certification to deliver exceptional service in key areas. Support freight processes, organize the sorting area, and adhere to signage labeling and merchandise presentation guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention efforts, and operational safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Able to use technology and POS systems to access information and process transactions
- Able to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build selling relationships with customers and coworkers
- Enjoys interacting with people and working in a customer-facing environment
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required; retail sales experience preferred
- Continued education in Print and Technology areas, up to and including designated certifications, if required
