Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively to recommend products and services that enhance their experience while maintaining store visual and merchandising standards. Utilize the selling program to promote best solutions, complete freight processes, and scan inventory lows and outs daily. Maintain a neat, clean, well-stocked environment by adhering to signage labeling guidelines and ensuring the sorting area is organized. Develop advanced product knowledge in print and technology through required training and certifications, and process transactions accurately using the POS register system. Perform other duties as assigned while supporting loss prevention efforts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must possess the ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job
- Must possess ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system
- Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, which are necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and other employees
- Must enjoy interacting with people
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Continued education in Print and Technology areas, up to and including designated certifications, if required
