Job Summary
Lead the store team by upholding an inclusive culture, delivering a dynamic customer journey through impactful visuals and technology, and achieving KPI targets and budgets. Provide training and immediate feedback on customer service models, performance expectations, and operational standards while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Actively engage guests and VIP members with product knowledge and authenticity, serving as a resource for general product knowledge, compliance, and global communication. Collaborate with Store Leaders to inspire sales advisors to accomplish individual and team performance targets. Schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate vision and purpose clearly
- Ability to lead through ambiguity while leading multiple initiatives
- Tech-savvy or strong comfort around technology as component of daily responsibilities
- An organizational powerhouse with a strong sense of urgency, stellar time management skills and an acute attention to detail
- Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions

Desired Qualifications
- Retail Experience: 1-2 years in high volume retail environment a plus
