Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Participate in safety awareness and accept constructive feedback as needed. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Starting pay is $12.75 to $13.25 per hour with a flexible schedule to support business requirements.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
