Retail Part Time Keyholder: Southport

As a Retail Part Time Keyholder, you will set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our Chicago retail store, support onboarding and training of retail team members, and execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals. You will apply strong listening, oral and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach team members, demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice, troubleshoot issues with sound judgment, and contribute ideas to innovate and improve the retail experience while helping Framebridge deliver on its 100% happiness guarantee. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
