Job Summary
Set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in retail stores. Support onboarding and training for new retail team members while executing and improving operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals. Apply strong communication skills to coach staff, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment. Offer suggestions to innovate the retail experience and help deliver on the 100% happiness guarantee. This part-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and includes a cash bonus opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
- An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
- Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
- Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores
- Ability to support onboarding and training great retail team members
- Ability to execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
- Ability to apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with our customers and coach retail team members
- Ability to demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same
- Ability to answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment
- Ability to offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends that meet the needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required
