Job Summary
As a Retail Keyholder for Framebridge in Central Austin, you will set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our retail stores, assist with onboarding and training of team members, and drive store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals. You will apply strong listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members; demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice; troubleshoot issues with sound judgment; suggest innovations to improve the retail experience; support Framebridge’s 100% happiness guarantee; and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
