Job Summary
Greet customers, determine their needs, and assist with selling merchandising while resolving conflicts and promoting high-level customer service. Lead daily store activities by managing opening and closing procedures, conducting staff training and development, and overseeing loss prevention efforts. This role requires strong leadership, sales orientation, and physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs in a fast-paced retail environment.
