Retail Part Time Key Holder

Lead daily store operations by greeting customers, determining their needs, and assisting with merchandising sales. Manage opening and closing procedures, resolve conflicts, and implement loss prevention strategies. Train and develop team members while promoting high-level customer service standards. Maintain a friendly, energetic presence and operate computerized sales terminals efficiently. Requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
