Job Summary
Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Lead by example by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and addressing concerns promptly. Train and coach staff on front-end principles, personalize the customer experience, and assign registers to support POS coverage needs. Coordinate breaks, ensure adherence to store plans, and communicate priorities effectively with management. Promote safety awareness, maintain confidentiality, and support shrink reduction goals. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Able to train others
