Retail Part time Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure efficient flow of goods. Maintain a clean, organized backroom area, rotate stock for easy replenishment, and ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured. Engage with customers to maintain an excellent experience, uphold safety awareness, and support shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to meet store plan priorities.
