Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery as needed throughout the day and participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Possesses excellent customer service skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Works a flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
