Assist customers professionally upon entry, answer telephone calls, and provide knowledgeable product and service guidance. Determine customer needs through active listening, suggestively sell additional merchandise, and help complete projects. Maintain merchandising standards, stock shelves, carry merchandise, and participate in daily housekeeping including interior and exterior maintenance. Process sales transactions accurately, complete opening and closing procedures, and actively participate in all provided training programs. Support store managers with outside sales calls as needed. Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
