Retail Paint Sales Associate - Hinsdale

Assist all customers in a professional and timely manner upon entering the retail store, answer telephone calls promptly, and provide knowledgeable assistance with all product lines. Determine customer needs through active listening, suggestively sell additional merchandise, and process all sales transactions accurately. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, carrying merchandise, and completing daily housekeeping responsibilities including interior and exterior maintenance. Actively participate in store activities, training programs, and outside sales calls as needed while adhering to company policies.
