Job Summary
Provide daily direction to the overnight retail team, managing sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegate tasks and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures while maintaining visual presentation standards and signage. Execute nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers, complete on-demand inventory counts, and support special event coordination with pricing and assortment accuracy. Assist in staffing, interviewing, and training associates to promote a positive, harassment-free environment. Prepare weekly work schedules and coach the team to ensure productive customer relations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years in a retail environment
- preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, team members, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, team members, customers, and internal cross-functional partners
