Job Summary
Receive and stage merchandise, assemble products, and maintain showroom and warehouse visual standards while adhering to safety protocols. Ensure inventory accuracy and workspace cleanliness through active listening and problem-solving. Support store operations during evenings, weekends, and holidays by lifting up to 75 lbs and using tools for assembly. This physical, in-store role requires flexibility and teamwork to keep Bob's Discount Furniture running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and assembling merchandise
- Strong teamwork, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy furniture (up to 75 lbs.)
- Manual dexterity and the ability to use tools for assembly
