Retail Outdoor Associate

Provide thoughtful product recommendations fitting each athlete's skill level while delivering an elevated customer service experience in the Outdoor department. Engage in behaviors aligning with company selling standards to build meaningful relationships with customers in fishing, camping, and hiking. Uphold merchandise presentation standards by managing floor sets, price changes, and replenishment processes. Guide athletes through purchases by communicating equipment use and maintenance information. Assist with storewide operations and maintain loss prevention standards. Starting rate of $14.00-$21.00 hourly; high school diploma and 1-3 years retail experience required.
