Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for customer service, cash handling, shift reporting, and maintaining store safety and appearance. Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers, greet and assist customers, promote specials, ensure ID checks for tobacco/alcohol, and operate store equipment while following safety and health programs. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store, document incidents, and support adherence to environmental and hazardous material regulations. Flexible scheduling and a focus on delivering best-in-class service across 128 locations in GA, NC, and SC; opportunity for part-time roles or career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level
- Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level
- Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol (as per regulations)
- Can lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Able to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the store)
- Prolonged periods standing and sitting at a desk, and working on a computer
- Must be 18 years of age
