Duties include greeting customers, suggesting purchases and promotions, preparing shift reports, maintaining store safety and appearance, operating assigned equipment, and documenting incidents. Requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, ability to work in varied temperatures, adherence to safety and environmental regulations, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level
- Perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, store)
- Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Must be able to communicate effectively with management
- Must be able to operate store equipment safely
- Must be able to complete safety orientation and follow procedures
