Oversees performance management, coaching, training, and day-to-day team leadership to meet KPIs and objectives. Provides first-line support to customers, retailers, and agents; runs regular meetings to track performance; ensures data accuracy and audit processes; drives improvement initiatives, staffing/scheduling for service delivery hours, and cross-functional collaboration to refine objectives for vehicle sales operations, while maintaining a seamless customer journey and a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
