Job Summary
Retail Operations Supervisor responsible for driving sales and operational excellence through customer engagement, merchandising, inventory management, training and development of associates, and ensuring health & safety and front-office administration. Acts as a keyholder, leads by example, coaches selling behaviors, oversees stock levels and visual merchandising, coordinates promotions, and provides regular reporting and communications to support a high-performing, sales-focused culture. Requires 3+ years of retail customer service experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience, with emphasis on operational standards, training, and leadership in a fast-paced store environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
- 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
