Job Summary
Lead sales and operational excellence by modeling selling behaviors, coaching associates, and ensuring the sales floor meets visual merchandising and promotional standards. Oversee inventory management, backroom organization, and front office administration including weekly cash reporting. Drive health and safety compliance through regular inspections while facilitating clear communication and performance conversations for a high-performance culture. Manage promotions, freight flow, and training initiatives to support continuous improvement and brand adherence.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
- 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
