Job Summary
Lead sales and operational excellence by modeling selling behaviors, coaching associates, and ensuring the sales floor meets customer-ready standards through visual merchandising and promotional setups. Oversee inventory management, backroom tasks, and stock level reporting while supervising freight flow, promotions, and front office administration including weekly cash office reporting. Facilitate clear communication by leading meetings and addressing operational issues promptly, while supporting health and safety policies through regular inspections. Drive continuous improvement and performance conversations to maintain high standards across the store.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
- 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
