Job Summary
Retail Operations Supervisor to lead customer-focused selling, inventory and merchandising standards, and front-office administration in a fast-paced store. You will model and coach selling behaviors, oversee visual merchandising and stock readiness, manage weekly cash office tasks and reporting, and act as a leading on-duty keyholder. You will support training, development, and coaching for a high-performance, sales-driven culture, facilitate effective team communication, and uphold health and safety policies while ensuring store standards and brand compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
- 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong visual merchandising ability
- Leadership and training skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
