Job Summary
Lead sales and operational excellence by modeling customer service behaviors, coaching associates, and ensuring the sales floor meets visual merchandising and promotional standards. Oversee inventory management, backroom organization, and freight flow while conducting regular health and safety inspections. Manage front office administration, including weekly cash reporting, and facilitate clear communication through team meetings. Address operational issues promptly to maintain a high-performance, sales-focused culture. Requires 3+ years of retail customer service experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
- 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
