Job Summary
Retail Operations Supervisor responsible for merchandising, inventory management, pet care operations, opening/closing the store, and overseeing associates to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging customer experience. Leads and mentors staff, coordinates training and onboarding, manages POS and cash handling, analyzes sales trends for stock replenishment and promotions, ensures store standards and adherence to Policies & Procedures and Code of Ethics, and supports live cycle counts and overall store operations. Requires 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with computers, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Located in San Tan Valley, AZ. The role emphasizes people leadership, store execution, inventory control, and delivering a positive experience for customers and pet parents.
