Job Summary
Oversee and optimize store operations, KPIs, and related costs while executing planning for price changes, promotions, and product launches. Create and maintain comprehensive handbooks, manuals, and policies related to retail operations. Support tech-related issues and improvements within digital infrastructure, including inventory management for IT equipment. Communicate company guidelines to store teams and act as a liaison between headquarters and store operations. Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and replenishment to ensure integrity. Manage relationships with third-party vendors for services such as security, internet, and maintenance. Participate in TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy. This full-time role in New York City requires a candidate with five years of luxury retail operations experience and proficiency in POS, inventory, and BI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience from operations in luxury retail environments
- Experience from an international fashion retail business
- Broad understanding and expertise within IT & Tech
- Hands-on experience with business related systems such as POS, OMS, Inventory Management- and BI-tools
- Proficient in Office Tools; Excel, PPT/Keynote, Google Docs & Google Drive
- Excellent organizational and numerical skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- A strong understanding of luxury retail and the fashion industry
- Service minded, excellent communication skills with a mindset of that nothing is impossible
- Commercial mindset, best-in-class operational skills, and a high attention to service and detail
- Comfortable in navigating a complex tech- & IT infrastructure
- Proficient in finding, analyzing & visualizing data from different sources
- A proven ability to set clear goals and translate them into actionable roadmaps, always focused on solutions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- This is a full-time position based at our New York office
